Wine Barbecue Marinade
1 Serving (for beef or pork)
Ingredients
1 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil
2 onions quartered
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
dash cayenne pepper
dash thyme
dash oregano
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Place meat
in deep baking dish and pour wine marinade over.
Cover well and allow to remain overnight, turning once to be sure both sides are well marinated.
Broil or barbeque to desired degree of doneness, brushing with remaining sauce.
