1 to 1 1/2 pounds veal cut in bite size pieces
1 28 oz. can stewed tomatoes with most of juice removed
3 large onions sliced thick
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup white wine
2 4 oz. cans mushroom stems and pieces drained
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Pam pressure cooker, heat and add oil.
Add other ingredients (except mushrooms).
Cook 15 minutes.
If sauce is too thin, add cornstarch mixed with some of the juice for the stewed tomatoes.
Serve over rice.
