6 veal chops
1/2 cup wine any kind
1 6 oz. can mushrooms
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dill seeds
1 to 2 pounds small whole potatoes or sliced
Brown veal chops in pressure cooker, in a little oil.
In blender, puree onion with wine and half of liquid from mushrooms.
To browned chops add onion puree, cream of mushroom soup, and dill seed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 8 minutes.
Let indicator come down slowly.
