Veal Chops A la Delma

Ingredients

  • 6 veal chops

  • 2 onions

  • 1/2 cup wine any kind

  • 1 6 oz. can mushrooms

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds

  • 1 to 2 pounds small whole potatoes or sliced

Directions

  • Brown veal chops in pressure cooker, in a little oil.

  • In blender, puree onion with wine and half of liquid from mushrooms.

  • To browned chops add onion puree, cream of mushroom soup, and dill seed.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Mix together.

  • Cook 8 minutes.

  • Let indicator come down slowly.
