My mom will use any one (or all) of the variations, depending on what finicky eaters are going to be eating. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. *Before adding water you can add sauteed chopped celery and onions, then add to water and mix in bread cubes. *Add 1 can drained, and quartered artichoke hearts *Add 2 small cans drained, sliced mushrooms If you stuff turkey with the stuffing, when turkey is cooked, check with meat thermometer to make sure it has been cooked to 185�. If it hasn’t, place in a casserole dish and put back in the oven or microwave to cook. Cook in oven for 15 minutes, or in the microwave for 7-10 minutes.
