4 cups turkey or chicken, cooked
3 to 4 stalks celery minced
1 onion minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise or more to taste
salt and white pepper to taste
Place chunks of turkey in food processor.
Process until coarsely chopped.
Add celery, onion, and salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise until right consistency.
Test for salt..
