Tuna Noodle Casserole

6 Servings double recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup blended with

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 6 1/2 oz. can tuna fillet flaked and drained

  • 1/2 cup onions chopped finely

  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

  • 3/4 to 1 pound noodles cooked al dente

  • pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together (except for half of the cheese).

  • Place in buttered (large) casserole.

  • Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

  • Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
