Tuna Noodle Casserole
6 Servings double recipe
Ingredients
2 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup blended with
1 cup milk
2 6 1/2 oz. can tuna fillet flaked and drained
1/2 cup onions chopped finely
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
3/4 to 1 pound noodles cooked al dente
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (except for half of the cheese).
Place in buttered (large) casserole.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
