Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 1/2 pounds round steaks

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell’s onion soup

  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

Directions

  • Pound flour into the round steak.

  • Brown both sides in shortening in a heavy skillet.

  • Pour in 1 can Campbell’s onion soup (add the sour cream if you like).

  • Cover.

  • Cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
