Swiss Steak

Ingredients
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 pounds round steaks
1 10 3/4 ounce can Campbell’s onion soup
1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
Directions
Pound flour into the round steak.
Brown both sides in shortening in a heavy skillet.
Pour in 1 can Campbell’s onion soup (add the sour cream if you like).
Cover.
Cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until meat is tender.
