Sweet and Sour Pork Chops
4 Servings from Campbell’s “Cooking with Soup”
Ingredients
4 pork chops about 1 pound
1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed beef broth
1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chops.
Cook uncovered, 45 minutes or until tender.
Spoon sauce over chops often.
Remove chops.
Cook sauce until thickened.
Serve over chops.
