Sweet and Sour Pork Chops

4 Servings from Campbell’s “Cooking with Soup”

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops about 1 pound

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed beef broth

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, drained

  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  • Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings.

  • Combine remaining ingredients.

  • Pour over chops.

  • Cook uncovered, 45 minutes or until tender.

  • Spoon sauce over chops often.

  • Remove chops.

  • Cook sauce until thickened.

  • Serve over chops.
