1 package filo dough (8 leaves)
1 16 oz. can apple pie filling
8 ounces chopped walnuts
1 cup white raisins soaked in brandy
1 pound butter
Mix together the pie filling, walnuts, and the raisins soaked in brandy.
Melt 1/2 pound of butter.
Take the fillo leaves and place in damp cloth.
On another damp cloth place one fills leaf and brush with butter.
Lay another on top and brush with butter.
Four leaves total.
Then add filling across bottom.
Roll all the way up.
Brush top with butter.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 400° oven 25-35 minutes.
For Puffs: Take one sheet of fills and brush with butter.
Cut in quarters.
Then cut each quarter in thirds.
Put 1 teaspoon of filling on each piece.
Brush with butter.
Roll - not tightly and brush again.
Place end on bottom.
Replace Apple pie filling with blueberry pie filling.
