Stewed Boneless Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fish fillets

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 onions sliced

  • 1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon parsley

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 lemon sliced

Directions

  • In Pam and oil brown garlic and onions.

  • Add tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Cook 10 minutes.

  • Place fish fillets in pan.

  • Add lemon slices on top of fish.

  • Pour tomato mixture on top.

  • Bake 35-45 minutes in 350° oven or in microwave, lightly covered, 10-15 minutes (depending on type and thickness of fish).
