Stewed Boneless Fish Fillets

Ingredients
1 pound fish fillets
2 cloves garlic
2 onions sliced
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 lemon sliced
Directions
In Pam and oil brown garlic and onions.
Add tomatoes, spices, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 10 minutes.
Place fish fillets in pan.
Add lemon slices on top of fish.
Pour tomato mixture on top.
Bake 35-45 minutes in 350° oven or in microwave, lightly covered, 10-15 minutes (depending on type and thickness of fish).
