1 Serving from “Bread Machine Baking” by Lora Brody
I prefer to set the bread machine on manual and make two loaves of bread. Let dough rest for 15 minutes before rolling out. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup water plus 3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon butter or margarine or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon honey
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Place all ingredients in the machine, program for white bread and press start.
