Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz. cans shrimp tiny, drained and rinsed

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 cup celery minced

  • 1/2 onion minced

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs fine

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or more to taste

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Toss together all ingredients and refrigerate until chilled.
