2 cups fine dry bread crumbs

1/2 cup flour

4 teaspoons salt

4 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup shortening

In a medium-size bowl, combine bread crumbs, flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning and pepper.

Cut in shortening with two knives or a pastry mixer.

Store in a tightly covered container in a cool place.
