Roast Beef

this recipe is made using a completely frozen roast beef

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 pounds roast beef completely frozen

  • 1 onion sliced thin

  • 1/2 to 1 cup burgundy wine

  • salt

Directions

  • Pour wine over

  • roast.

  • Salt generously, and add sliced onion on top.

  • Place in a 500° over for 30-35 minutes.

  • Lower to 300° and cook approximately 30 minutes per pound.
