this recipe is made using a completely frozen roast beef
Ingredients
4 to 5 pounds roast beef completely frozen
1 onion sliced thin
1/2 to 1 cup burgundy wine
salt
Directions
Pour wine over
roast.
Salt generously, and add sliced onion on top.
Place in a 500° over for 30-35 minutes.
Lower to 300° and cook approximately 30 minutes per pound.
