6 Italian sausage

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 to 6 cloves garlic crushed

1/4 cup red wine

1 large jar of spaghetti sauce (not marinara)

salt pepper and red pepper to taste

Heat oil in pot and saute suasage.

Add garlic and lightly brown.

Add wine and sauce.

Simmer 30 minutes.

Serve.
