Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients
1 pie crust (9” unbaked)
2 cups Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup onions chopped
3 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups light cream or evaporated milk
Directions
Pre-cook pie crust at 400° for 7 minutes. Spread cheese and onion in pie shell.
Combine next five ingredients, turn into pie shell.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Allow to stand 10 minutes.
