Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust (9” unbaked)

  • 2 cups Swiss cheese shredded

  • 1/2 cup onions chopped

  • 3 eggs slightly beaten

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • dash of pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups light cream or evaporated milk

Directions

  • Pre-cook pie crust at 400° for 7 minutes. Spread cheese and onion in pie shell.

  • Combine next five ingredients, turn into pie shell.

  • Sprinkle with paprika.

  • Bake 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.

  • Allow to stand 10 minutes.
