3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pork chops (large)
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups mushrooms sliced
1 cup onions chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes (Italian flavored)
In a bag, combine salt, pepper, and flour.
Shake chops in bag to coat.
In a large skillet brown chops in oil and remove.
Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in drippings until tender.
Stir in tomatoes.
Return chops to skillet and spoon sauce over.
Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
