Pork Chops Italiana

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 4 pork chops (large)

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced

  • 1 cup onions chopped

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes (Italian flavored)

Directions

  • In a bag, combine salt, pepper, and flour.

  • Shake chops in bag to coat.

  • In a large skillet brown chops in oil and remove.

  • Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in drippings until tender.

  • Stir in tomatoes.

  • Return chops to skillet and spoon sauce over.

  • Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes.
