1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steaks thinly sliced, cut in strips
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 28 oz. can tomatoes
3/4 cup water
2 small onions sliced
1/4 teaspoon garlic minced
1 packet gravy mix
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 green bell peppers large, sliced in strips
flour salt and pepper
Brown floured meat in vegetable oil in pressure cooker.
In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes (cut up), water, onions, garlic
brown gravy mix, Worchestershire sauce, peppers, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add mixture to browned meat and cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to lower.
Serve over rice (2 cups uncooked)
