  • 1 ounce yeast

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • water add until moist

Directions

  • Mix ingredients together.

  • Let dough rise for about one hour.

  • Drop handfuls of dough in three quarts of hot oil.

  • Cook until golden.

  • Drain and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.
