anchovy, canned, flat in olive oil

This was always just a “traditional” dish until I added the broccoli along with the water I cooked it in. Then everyone started tasting and loving it despite the anchovies which should be practically unrecognizable after sauteing.


  • olive oil

  • garlic fresh

  • linguine fini

  • cooked broccoli florets are optional


  • Saute anchovies and olive oil with garlic.

  • Pour over al dente pasta that hasn’t been completely strained (leave some water)
