anchovy, canned, flat in olive oil
This was always just a “traditional” dish until I added the broccoli along with the water I cooked it in. Then everyone started tasting and loving it despite the anchovies which should be practically unrecognizable after sauteing.
cooked broccoli florets are optional
Saute anchovies and olive oil with garlic.
Pour over al dente pasta that hasn’t been completely strained (leave some water)
