Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 pounds potatoes cut in chunks
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil (or more if desired)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°.
In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until all are evenly coated.
Empty into shallow baking dish.
Bake stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
