Oven Roasted Potatoes

  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

  • 2 pounds potatoes cut in chunks

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil (or more if desired)


  • Preheat oven to 450°.

  • In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.

  • Close bag and shake until all are evenly coated.

  • Empty into shallow baking dish.

  • Bake stirring occasionally 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
