for low-fat chicken remove skin before coating.
1 tablespoon margarine or butter or butter spray
1 cup Bisquick baking mix or pancake mix
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 broiler-fryer chicken cut up
Heat oven to 425°.
Melt margarine in oblong pan 13x9x2”.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken by placing coating mixture in plastic bag.
Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan.
Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
Turn; bake until done, about 20-30 minutes.
