Mushroom Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 6 1/2 oz. can button mushrooms

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Directions

  • Toss above ingredients with drained mushrooms.

  • Refrigerate.

  • Serve cold.
