Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
2 6 1/2 oz. can button mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
Directions
Toss above ingredients with drained mushrooms.
Refrigerate.
Serve cold.
