1/2 cup long grain enriched white rice
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced (or 2 small cans of sliced mushrooms)
1 tablespoon parsley
garlic powder salt and pepper to taste
Preheat over to 350°.
Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Pour into covered casserole dish.
Bake 1 hour or until moisture is absorbed.
Makes 4 side dish servings.
