Mushroom Rice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup long grain enriched white rice

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced (or 2 small cans of sliced mushrooms)

  • 1 tablespoon parsley

  • garlic powder salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat over to 350°.

  • Spray casserole dish with Pam.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

  • Pour into covered casserole dish.

  • Bake 1 hour or until moisture is absorbed.

  • Makes 4 side dish servings.
