Meat Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or dry white wine

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in blender.

  • Puree.

  • Pour over meat and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
