Mary Ann McKenna's Oatmeal Applesauce Bread

I prefer to set bread machine on Manual, and roll out 2 loaves of bread. Allow dough to rest 10 to 15 minutes before rolling out. Put dough in oiled loaf pans. Allow to rise to double bulk. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon yeast
3 cups bread flour
1/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons apple pie spice
1 cup minus 2 tablespoons apple cider or apple juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup apples peeled and chopped
Directions
Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Place all the ingredients in the machine, program for White Bread, and press start.
