Low Calorie, Quick and Easy White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced, or 3 to 4 cloves fresh, minced (fresh preferred)
1 tablespoon parsley
1 6 oz. can clams minced, or baby whole, and juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound spaghetti or linguine
Directions
Heat oil, and brown garlic lightly.
Add remainder of ingredients and spices.
Only heat thru to boiling and simmer 1 minute (or clams will get tough).
Stir into spaghetti or linguine.
