Low Calorie, Quick and Easy White Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced, or 3 to 4 cloves fresh, minced (fresh preferred)

  • 1 tablespoon parsley

  • 1 6 oz. can clams minced, or baby whole, and juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 pound spaghetti or linguine

Directions

  • Heat oil, and brown garlic lightly.

  • Add remainder of ingredients and spices.

  • Only heat thru to boiling and simmer 1 minute (or clams will get tough).

  • Stir into spaghetti or linguine.
