Lo-Cal French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf whole wheat bread 24 slices

  • 5 large eggs

  • 3 cups lowfat milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 5 packets sugar substitute

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients will in blender.

  • Pour half into deep dish.

  • Soak bread in mixture.

  • Pam griddle.

  • Cook slowly so that center of bread will not be runny.

  • Brown each side.

  • Pam griddle for each new batch.

  • Freeze remainder with pieces of wax paper between each one.

  • Can be reheated in the toaster.
