Lo-Cal French Toast

Ingredients
1 loaf whole wheat bread 24 slices
5 large eggs
3 cups lowfat milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 packets sugar substitute
Directions
Mix all ingredients will in blender.
Pour half into deep dish.
Soak bread in mixture.
Pam griddle.
Cook slowly so that center of bread will not be runny.
Brown each side.
Pam griddle for each new batch.
Freeze remainder with pieces of wax paper between each one.
Can be reheated in the toaster.
