Lentil-Mushroom Soup

4 Servings crock pot recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lentils ( 1 1/4 cups)

  • 2 carrots sliced 1/4” thick

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 cup celery chopped

  • 1/4 cup parsley snipped (or 1-2 tbs dried)

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules

Directions

  • Combine first five ingredients in crock pot.

  • Stir in water, soup, and beef granules.

  • Cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
