Lentil-Mushroom Soup
4 Servings crock pot recipe
Ingredients
1/2 pound lentils ( 1 1/4 cups)
2 carrots sliced 1/4” thick
1 onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/4 cup parsley snipped (or 1-2 tbs dried)
3 cups water
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
Directions
Combine first five ingredients in crock pot.
Stir in water, soup, and beef granules.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
