1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup onions chopped
1 7 3/4 oz. can canned whole tomatoes drained and cut up
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
1 2 ounce tin ripe olives sliced and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
Heat oven to 400°.
Grease pie plate.
Cook and stir ground beef in 10” skillet until brown.
Stir in onion, tomatoes, and seasoning mix (dry).
Spread in plate.
Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
Pour into plate.
Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream, shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes if desired.
