Ham Salad

1 Serving


  • 1/2 pound sliced extra lean ham cut in 2” thick slices

  • 1/2 large kosher dill pickle

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (more or less to taste)


  • Cut up ham in large cubes.

  • Place in processor.

  • Slice pickle and place in processor along with mayonnaise. Chop until blended.

  • Store in covered container in refrigerator.

  • Can serve on bread squares or crackers as appetizers or in sandwiches.

  • This is a hit as hors deurves served on pumpernickel rounds (available in most delis and supermarkets).

  • Cover and store in refrigerator up to a week or more.
