1/2 pound sliced extra lean ham cut in 2” thick slices
1/2 large kosher dill pickle
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (more or less to taste)
Cut up ham in large cubes.
Place in processor.
Slice pickle and place in processor along with mayonnaise. Chop until blended.
Store in covered container in refrigerator.
Can serve on bread squares or crackers as appetizers or in sandwiches.
This is a hit as hors deurves served on pumpernickel rounds (available in most delis and supermarkets).
Cover and store in refrigerator up to a week or more.
