Easy Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 package yellow cake mix

Directions

  • Wash and pick over blueberries.

  • Pour washed blueberries into buttered casserole (1 1/2 quart size) and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.

  • Prepare cake mix and pour 1/2 of batter over blueberries.

  • Bake according to directions.

  • Make cupcakes with remaining batter.
