Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pancake mix

  • 1/2 cup cornmeal

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 1 cup milk

  • 12 hotdogs

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  • Combine pancake mix and corn meal.

  • Stir in egg and milk.

  • Dip hot dogs into batter.

  • Fry in deep hot fat (375°).

  • Turn to brown on all sides.

  • Combine remaining ingredients and heat.

  • Use as a dip for hot dogs.
