1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup red wine
2 onions cut up
1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
2 tablespoons steak sauce
5 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 packet Hidden Valley Vegetable Herb Salad Mix
Put all ingredients in blender, and puree.
Place meat in pan. Pour enough to cover meat.
Keep the rest in the refrigerator.
Marinate meat at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or in refrigerator over night.
