Crab Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. can crab drained

  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup evaporated lowfat milk

  • 1 onion

  • 1 4 oz. can mushrooms sliced and sauteed

  • 1 pie crust (9”)

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • pepper to taste

Directions

  • Sprinkle cheese in pie shell sprayed with Pam.

  • In blender, mix eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Puree.

  • Sprinkle crab and mushrooms over pie, after you’ve poured the milk and egg mixture over cheese.

  • Bake at 375° approx.

  • 45-60 minutes or until firm and knife comes out clean.
