Crab Quiche

Ingredients
1 6 oz. can crab drained
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
4 large eggs
1 cup evaporated lowfat milk
1 onion
1 4 oz. can mushrooms sliced and sauteed
1 pie crust (9”)
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Directions
Sprinkle cheese in pie shell sprayed with Pam.
In blender, mix eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Puree.
Sprinkle crab and mushrooms over pie, after you’ve poured the milk and egg mixture over cheese.
Bake at 375° approx.
45-60 minutes or until firm and knife comes out clean.
