Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Beat egg white with vanilla and salt until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 325° oven for 20 minutes.
Remove to rack and cool.
