Coconut Macaroons II

1 Serving (from an angel food cake mix)

Ingredients

  • 1 package angel food cake mix

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 cups shredded coconut

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls and bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
