 
    
  Chicken Breast A La Delma
4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken breasts cut up in squares or strips 
- 1 green pepper diced 
- 2 small onions sliced thin 
- 2 tablespoons parsley 
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper 
- 2 teaspoons salt 
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 
- 1 teaspoon basil 
- 2 to 3 tablespoons oil 
- 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 
- 1/2 cup wine 
- 2 6 1/2 oz. can mushrooms 
Directions
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add onions, then peppers and chicken. 
- Mix and heat in cooker. 
- Add remaining spices and tomatoes. 
- Bring to cook position and cook 10 minutes. 
- Allow cooker to return to down position. 
- Serve over rice or noodles.
