Chicken Breast A La Delma

Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken breasts cut up in squares or strips
1 green pepper diced
2 small onions sliced thin
2 tablespoons parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon basil
2 to 3 tablespoons oil
1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup wine
2 6 1/2 oz. can mushrooms
Directions
Heat oil in pressure cooker, add onions, then peppers and chicken.
Mix and heat in cooker.
Add remaining spices and tomatoes.
Bring to cook position and cook 10 minutes.
Allow cooker to return to down position.
Serve over rice or noodles.
