Chicken Breast A La Delma

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds chicken breasts cut up in squares or strips

  • 1 green pepper diced

  • 2 small onions sliced thin

  • 2 tablespoons parsley

  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon basil

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup wine

  • 2 6 1/2 oz. can mushrooms

Directions

  • Heat oil in pressure cooker, add onions, then peppers and chicken.

  • Mix and heat in cooker.

  • Add remaining spices and tomatoes.

  • Bring to cook position and cook 10 minutes.

  • Allow cooker to return to down position.

  • Serve over rice or noodles.
