Chicken a la Richard

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts cut in strips or cubes

  • 1 large onion sliced thin

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds

  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken

  • 1/3 cup wine

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 6 1/2 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces

Directions

  • Brown chicken in skillet in 2 tbs. margarine or butter along with onion and garlic.

  • When chicken is browned add rest of ingredients except mushrooms.

  • Stir over heat until ingredients are well blended.

  • Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.

  • If sauce is too thick, add mushroom juice gradually.

  • Serve over noodles or rice.
