1 pound chicken breasts cut in strips or cubes
1 large onion sliced thin
1 clove garlic minced
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon dill seeds
1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/3 cup wine
1 teaspoon oregano
1 6 1/2 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces
Brown chicken in skillet in 2 tbs. margarine or butter along with onion and garlic.
When chicken is browned add rest of ingredients except mushrooms.
Stir over heat until ingredients are well blended.
Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
If sauce is too thick, add mushroom juice gradually.
Serve over noodles or rice.
