1/4 pound spaghetti cooked and drained
1 pound boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces OR
1 pound scallops OR
1 pound shrimp
1 6 1/2 oz. can mushrooms
1 6 oz. package frozen pea pods defrosted
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 6 1/2 oz. can bamboo shoots
1 6 1/2 oz. can bean sprouts
1 tablespoon wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Marinate chicken or seafood for 10 minutes or more.
Pam a large pan or pot. Heat oil (1 tbs.) Add seafood or chicken, garlic and pea pods.
Cook 3-5 minutes.
Add more wine if needed and more soy sauce to taste.
Add all remaining ingredients when chicken or seafood is cooked.
Stir, tasting for needed soy sauce.
