Cheeseless Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces canned Dole Pineapple Chunks or crushed pineapple, (reserve juice)

  • 2 packages gelatin

  • 1 1/2 cups instant lowfat dry milk

  • 4 packages sweetener

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring

Directions

  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Stir 1-2 minutes.

  • Add milk, juice, and all other ingredients.

  • Blend for 2 minutes.

  • Pour into pie pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  • 1/4 pie equals 1 milk and 1 fruit
