 
    
  Cheeseless Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 20 ounces canned Dole Pineapple Chunks or crushed pineapple, (reserve juice) 
- 2 packages gelatin 
- 1 1/2 cups instant lowfat dry milk 
- 4 packages sweetener 
- 2 teaspoons vanilla 
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring 
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Stir 1-2 minutes. 
- Add milk, juice, and all other ingredients. 
- Blend for 2 minutes. 
- Pour into pie pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top. 
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 
- 1/4 pie equals 1 milk and 1 fruit
