Cheeseless Cheese Cake

Ingredients
20 ounces canned Dole Pineapple Chunks or crushed pineapple, (reserve juice)
2 packages gelatin
1 1/2 cups instant lowfat dry milk
4 packages sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.Stir 1-2 minutes.
Add milk, juice, and all other ingredients.
Blend for 2 minutes.
Pour into pie pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
1/4 pie equals 1 milk and 1 fruit
