1 Serving (Mozzarella Bread) Italian bread, or French bread - I prefer French bread
egg -4 eggs per loaf of French bread
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese cut in small slices
Cut bread into thin slices.
Scramble eggs and milk and salt and pepper.
Drench each slice of bread.
Fry bread in hot olive oil.
Remove when browned on both sides.
Make a sandwich while bread is still hot.
Stack in a shallow pan and cover until served.
