Beer Batter for Fish

1 Serving This is my friend Lee Lechman’s recipe Bisquick baking mix


  • 1/2 cup beer

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix


  • Coat fish in dry Bisquick.

  • Blend the beer, salt, egg and 1 cup of Bisquick. If too thick, add more beer.

  • Heat oil in saucepan.

  • Dip in batter and fry.
