Beef Mostaccioli Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds stew meat cut into 1 inch pieces
1 16 oz. can tomatoes cut up
1 cup onions sliced
1/2 cup carrots chopped
1/2 cup celery sliced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (only needed if it’s a lean cut of meat)
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mostaccioli uncooked
shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Place tomatoes, vegetables, oil
and beef in the crock pot.
Combine water, salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper.
Mix well and pour over meat.
Cook on high 4 hours.
Cook mostaccioli.
Drain well and stir into stew.
Pass mozzarella to sprinkle on top.
