1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil only if chicken is skinned
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup wine white or rose preferred
Shake vigorously in jar.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and marinate a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake in 350° (marinade included) until well browned (approx. 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes).
Baste often, add liquid if needed so that there is always a covering of fluid in bottom of pan.
Serve chicken with sauce from pan.
